In 1974, Ala Barkat Allah opened its doors for the first time in the heart of Cairo. Since that moment, we have served our customers the finest Alexandrian liver and charcoal-grilled sausage with an authentic recipe that has never changed. What began as a small shop has — over more than five decades — become a name deeply rooted in Cairo's culinary identity.
